What we collect.
Identity & contact: first name, last name, email, phone number.
Technical & usage: IP address, device/browser, page events, UTM/cookie data.
Transactional: purchase details (if applicable).
Communications: messages/forms you send us.
Sources: forms on our site/landing pages, Skool/checkout/scheduling forms, and cookies/analytics.
Why we use it (legal bases).
Deliver requested content (e.g., the 20-day articulation blueprint, account/support, service messages): contract / legitimate interests.
Send marketing by email and/or SMS: consent (you can withdraw anytime).
Take payment and provide membership access: contract.
Security, abuse prevention, analytics and improvement: legitimate interests (analytics/marketing cookies may also rely on consent).
Processors / sharing. We use vendors under contract to process data for us, including: Skool (community), Stripe (payments), HighLevel/GoHighLevel (CRM/email/SMS and forms), Google Workspace/Meet (comms), Google Analytics/Tag Manager (analytics), and cloud hosting/CDN. We do not sell personal data.
International transfers. Where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA/UK, we use approved safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) and require appropriate security measures.
Retention.
Marketing contact data (email/SMS): up to 24 months after last activity or until you unsubscribe/withdraw consent.
Contract/billing: as required by law (typically 7 years).
Support tickets: up to 24 months.
Security logs: up to 12 months.
Your rights (GDPR). You may access, rectify, erase, restrict, object, and port your data, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise rights: email [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
Email & SMS marketing.
Email and SMS are optional and require your explicit consent.
SMS program: message frequency varies; message & data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time, or email [email protected]. Consent isn’t a condition of purchase.
Cookies & tracking. We use necessary cookies to run the site and (with your consent) analytics/marketing cookies. Manage preferences via the cookie banner or your browser settings.
You can disable analytics or marketing cookies at any time via your browser settings or the cookie banner.
Security. We use technical/organizational measures appropriate to the risk (encryption in transit, access controls, least-privilege, vendor due diligence).
Automated decisions. We do not make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
Children. Our services are not directed to individuals under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes. We’ll update this policy as practices or laws change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
