This program is designed to help you quickly grow your communication skills through short daily sessions, practical exercises, and real accountability.

10 live sessions (30 minutes each)

Each session includes: focused teaching, live reflection/Q&A, and a clear assignment

Assignments are short 1–3 minute videos you’ll record and post in the community

Feedback and accountability from both me and other members

Session 5: Integration – combining the 3 V’s together

Session 6: Communication 101 – sender, receiver, clarity, perception vs intention

Session 7: Universal Laws – timeless principles of effective communication

Session 8: Vocal Archetypes – styles like Educator, Motivator, Coach, Friend

Session 9: Storytelling – setup → conflict → resolution

Session 10: Final Presentations – apply everything, celebrate your progress
